Success
I started my day with refreshing jogging this morning. An elderly passed by, greeted me, and started a conversation. As talking to stranger is not my thing, I put effort to be as polite as possible. From the way he talk, you can definitely tell that he is not just an ordinary elderly. A respectful, educated, intelligence man comes to my mind after listening to him. And somehow, our conversation started to talk that grey area, your purpose of living, happiness, and success.
him: How do you define success?
me: I'm seeing things through 3 value: love - whether i love it or not, intelligence - does it challenge my brain, and money - is that worth or not.
him: true. But when will you say yourself successful?
me: *think hard*
him: when you do what you love, and you receive appreciation for that.
Lately, when i recalled this morning experience, I found out that he was vice rector of my university. Such a great things happen to start my day!
